PRICES 
Prices do not include sales tax and are EXW our warehouse. The shipping cost is specified on the bottom of the invoice

LEAD TIME
All orders received before noon are shipped the no later than the following day before 1pm - Monday to Friday.

TERMS OF PAYMENT
Credit card or ATM (secured payment by GLOBAL PAYMENTS)
COD per check, COD per wire, COD per postal mandate
at delivery plus the cost of the carrier charged for the transaction.

WARRANTY 
All spares are under warranty for 6 months from the date of purchase.  If default is as a result from the manufacturer
the exchange will be done only after the defected piece has been received.
Tools are not under warranty. 
Only items damaged in shipping will be taking care of: material, spares with 1 year warranty by contacting the hotline and tech support.

ORIGIN / TOOLS AND MACHINES 
Regarding spares : CHRONO-PIECES, CHRONO-MAT et CHRONO-MAT sell pieces and spares adaptable to all kind of brands. On each items it is specified the brand and type of machine it is adapted for so no confusion is possible. CHRONO-PIECES, CHRONO-MAT et CHRONO-MAT are not responsible for the destruction of a machine caused by the purchase of a wrong spares or piece that was not recommended per them.  All the information reported on our packing are related to the article L. 713-6 of the Intellectual Property code. Upon request we can send a hard copy through our INPI consultant.
All our tools, ingredients and appliances ready to be plugged are in conformity with norms and laws at the time of the purchase and billing.

TAX
Sales tax is charged only on orders sent within the state of california.
California state laws require that we charge a sales tax on the full amount of the order.
In other states you may be required to pay use tax to your state's tax board

CHRONO-PIECES, CHRONO-MAT, CHRONO-MATERIEL and CHRONO-MAT are trademarks.
All manufactured products are under one of this brand.
